Building Stronger International Ties

GHEII has created immigration programs that will help reduce the menace of Illegal immigration. These will strengthen international relations and build a strong alliance between countries.

Global Benefit

Over the years, countries and their governments have spent a huge amount of money on refugees and asylum seekers, with no gains. With GHEII, the government will spend less or nothing on these people and yet will achieve its aim for humanitarian services.

Working Together

We must create a world where migration is a choice, not a necessity. When people have hope, they stop running — and start building.

Rita Oyoku

Founder & CEO

Rita Oyoku is the Founder and President of Global Harmony Envoy International Initiative (GHEII), a humanitarian-driven platform focused on reducing illegal migration through proactive, development-based solutions. With a distinguished background in diplomacy, international trade, and public advocacy, she established GHEII to address the systemic issues that force people to migrate out of desperation rather than aspiration. Under her leadership, the organisation works across borders to promote legal mobility, empower vulnerable communities, and foster cooperation between nations on migration reform.

Rita’s global approach reflects a strong commitment to multilateralism and inclusion. As a strategic leader, she actively engages with governments, NGOs, and international stakeholders to advocate for policies that reduce poverty and instability. Rita Oyoku is a driver of unsafe migration. Her belief is simple but powerful: migration should be a legitimate opportunity, not a life-threatening escape. GHEII’s programs focus on education, economic empowerment, and grassroots partnerships, enabling people to thrive where they are or migrate with dignity and safety.

In addition to her humanitarian work, Rita has served in various diplomatic and trade roles, including her appointment as the Trade and Investment Commissioner to Nigeria for the Republic of Vanuatu. This role has strengthened her belief in Pacific cooperation, sustainable investing, and cultural diplomacy as tools for global harmony. Her career also spans advisory positions in Belize, where she supported inclusive development in vulnerable coastal regions, the Caribbean community, further affirming her cross-continental expertise in sustainable growth and urban resilience.

Rita Oyoku’s leadership is deeply aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Goal 10 (Reduced Inequality), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Her advocacy centres on development as prevention, an approach that seeks to tackle migration by addressing its root causes, including unemployment, poor education, and social inequality.

Through GHEII, she continues to redefine how the world approaches migration, not just as a policy issue but as a moral obligation to protect lives and unlock human potential. Her philosophy is driven by justice, opportunity, and the firm belief that everyone, regardless of background or birthplace, deserves access to a better future.

Changing lives is possible.
We’ve done it before.
